Paris Fashion Week – a non-knitting post…

There is a reason why the French are known for their fashion – as opposed to the British, Japanese, & Dutch!

I opened up my browser and came across these pictures from the spring/summer 2009 ready to wear fashion shows present this past week during Paris Fashion Week:

This is by French designer Jean-Paul Gaultier. If I had the body,I would wear this. Although I would button a few extra buttons below the waist! Of course then again, if I had the body, maybe I wouldn’t!

I even like this – although like Ross on Friends, I would probably reach for the powder and that would not be good!

 

 

 

 Now this…  you can credit to British designer John Galliano. ah, how the Brits like their hats!

 

Why the Japanese are not known for fashion: Did they make her ear muffs out of dead crows!?!

 

And last but definitely not least is a Dutch design: – This is what happens when you legalize marijuana!
